At Infinity Floral we are dedicated to your satisfaction. Your order is as important to us as it is to you. That's why we go to great lengths to design, create, and deliver each arrangement with care.
Because of the unique nature of working with live, fresh-cut flowers, substitutions are sometimes needed. If required, all substitutions will be made of equal or greater value. We will do everything possible to reflect the original design and style of your order.
For green and blooming plants, substitutions of equal or greater value will be made as necessary. As with our fresh-cut flower arrangements, we will do everything possible to match the plant type. In some cases, substitutions of another color may be made. Containers and baskets may also require substitution from the original photo shown. We will choose containers, pots, and baskets that reflect the photo as close as possible.
To ensure timely delivery of orders for special dates and occasions such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, substitutions of equal or greater value may sometimes be needed.
